This event is not suitable if you have any of the following conditions;

  • Epilepsy
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Heart conditions
  • Claustrophobia
  • Pregnant
  • Back or joint issues
  • Fear of the dark






Due to the nature of the event, it is not suited to the elderly, wheelchair users or persons with impaired vision or mobility.

This event is NOT recommended for children but its the parent’s decision and responsibility whilst on the premises and during the event.

There are uneven floor surfaces, a tunnel to crawl through and narrow openings to squeeze through and strobe lighting.

Please wear suitable clothing. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to clothing.

Tickets are NON-refundable as we have a set amount allowed at one time and once they sell out the spaces get removed from sale

Strictly NO flash photography or videoing once in the Mad House.
This is a NON-contact attraction although you may be touched on the arm or leg on your way round, under NO circumstances are you allowed to touch the actors you may come across during the event.

You must obey instructions given by a member of staff or actors on your way round the mad house event.

Please follow arrows and instructions given.

We will be using CCTV throughout the event.

Max number in each group going through the Mad House event is 4 per group. Please bear this in mind when booking.

Failure to comply will lead to you being asked to leave the premises and event without refund.
